1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SN Apparel website and the purchase of products from SN Apparel through the website.
By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the SN Apparel Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy where applicable.
2. About SN Apparel
SN Apparel is an online retailer selling Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu clothing and related apparel in the United Kingdom.

UK online sellers must give customers the business name, contact details, address, email address and VAT number where applicable before an order is placed.
3. Products
SN Apparel sells physical goods including items such as BJJ gis, rashguards, hoodies, caps and related clothing products, subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, sizing details and colours are presented as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur because of photography, screen settings, fabric batches or manufacturing updates.
SN Apparel may update, change or withdraw products at any time without notice.
4. Orders
When a customer places an order, this is an offer to buy products from SN Apparel.
After an order is placed, SN Apparel will normally send an order acknowledgement or confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed only when SN Apparel dispatches the goods, unless SN Apparel states otherwise in writing.
SN Apparel may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing information is incorrect, delivery information is incomplete, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Customers must be able to review and correct errors before submitting an order, and the checkout must clearly show that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
5. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and any other additional charges will be shown clearly before the customer completes the order.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods offered on the website. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
SN Apparel takes reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders before dispatch.
6. Delivery
SN Apparel will display available delivery options, estimated timescales and delivery charges during checkout.
Unless a different period is agreed with the customer, goods will be delivered within 3 days of the contract being formed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by events outside SN Apparel's reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, transport disruption or incorrect customer information.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. SN Apparel is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Cancellation rights
For most online purchases of physical goods, customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after the day they receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must contact SN Apparel by email at [snhouseofcreation@hormail.com] and clearly state the order number and decision to cancel.
If SN Apparel does not provide the legally required information about cancellation rights, the cancellation period may be extended by up to 12 months.
This cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, or to any other products excluded by law.
8. Returns and refunds
If a customer cancels within the legal cancellation period, the customer must send the goods back within 14 days of informing SN Apparel of the cancellation, unless SN Apparel agrees to collect them.
SN Apparel will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Where required by law, the refund will include the basic cost of standard delivery. If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method, SN Apparel is only required to refund the basic delivery cost.
SN Apparel may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the customer's statutory rights.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required standard, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of the claim.
Customers should contact SN Apparel as soon as possible after discovering a problem and provide the order number and reasonable evidence of the issue, such as photographs where appropriate.
10. Personalised products
Where SN Apparel offers personalised or custom-made items, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all names, spelling, measurements, colours, initials or other personalisation details submitted with the order are accurate.
SN Apparel is not responsible for customer errors in submitted personalisation details once the order has entered production, unless the product is faulty or the personalisation does not match the order submitted.
Personalised goods may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
11. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, SN Apparel may offer discount codes, promotions or special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are subject to availability, may be withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.
SN Apparel may refuse to honour a promotion where there is a genuine error, misuse, breach of these terms or suspected fraud.
12. Website use
The customer may use this website only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not misuse the website by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the site's operation, scraping content unlawfully, or using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
SN Apparel may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to the website where misuse is suspected or for operational reasons.
13. Intellectual property
All website content, including the SN Apparel name, branding, logos, text, graphics, product images, website design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SN Apparel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
14. Privacy and data protection
SN Apparel will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and its Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should explain what personal data is collected, why it is collected, the lawful basis for using it, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what rights customers have in relation to their information.
If cookies or similar technologies are used on the website, SN Apparel should also provide a Cookie Notice or equivalent information.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, SN Apparel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the customer's mandatory rights under UK consumer law.
16. Events outside reasonable control
SN Apparel is not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where the delay or failure is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including strikes, courier disruption, supply chain issues, internet failures, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or government action.
If such an event continues for a prolonged period, SN Apparel may cancel the affected order and refund any sums paid for goods not yet delivered.
17. Changes to these terms
SN Apparel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time the customer places an order will usually apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
18. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where the customer has mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
